ubrZati - 2 WEEK TECHNIQUE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

With interest from athletes outside the Melbourne area and a recent surge of inquires due to viral social media posts of our athletes running at high speeds on our High-Performance Treadmills ubrZati is creating the 2 Week Technique Performance Program.

This program is designed to meet the needs of those athletes living outside our immediate area and Florida wanting to experience how ubrZati can enhance the speed of any athlete regardless of athletic ability and level.

We know at ubrZati that most facilities, coaches, and performance programs are obsessed with conditioning and their athletes are over volume and under intensity trained, which is especially prevalent in sports like football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, track, baseball and softball.  This volume often supersedes speed development which we consider to be movement and neuromuscular driven.  UbrZati utilizes proprietary science based speed protocols which are conducted on the Tuff Tread High Performance treadmills, in a controlled, one-on-one supervised environment to enhance an athletes top speed and manipulate their neuromuscular efficiency which allows us to enhance an athletes speed, and movement patterns within just 2 weeks!

Therefore, ubrZati wants everyone to have an opportunity to experience what we have to offer, and will be offering the following 2 Week Technique Performance Program to those willing to travel to beautiful Melbourne, Florida at the new ubrZati HQ (6030 N US HWY 1, Melbourne, FL 32940) for two weeks to train within our facility, on the performance treads, and with our staff.  These Camps will be for all sports, and for all athletes ages 12 and up:

Camp 1:  $400.00                                Camp 2: $400.00                                 Camp 3: $400.00

GOALS FOR TWO- WEEK TECHNIQUE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

  • INCREASED RECRUITMENT OF FAST TWITCH FIBERS

  • INCREASED FORCE OF CONTRACTION OF APPROPRIATE MUSCLE GROUPS

  • REINFORCED NUEROMUSCULAR PATHWAYS TO FACILITATE INCREASED RECRUITMENT AND FORCE PRODUCTION

  • DEVELOP MUSCULAR POWER DURING STANCE AND SWING PHASES

SPEED DEVELOPMENT: HOW DO WE IMPROVE SPEED ON A PERFORMANCE TREADMILL?

Speed is a bio motor skill that can be learned and improved in as little as 2 WEEKS:

  • PROPER MUSCLE BALANCE

  • CORE STRENGTH

  • NEUROMUSCULAR CONTROL

  • NUEROMUSCULAR EFFIECIENCY

  • TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

By using the performance tread in a controlled one-on-one environment, we can make a significant change in an athlete’s neuromuscular system by increasing neuromuscular adaptations that normally can take up to 10-weeks on a track or field!

SPEED DEVELOPMENT: NEUROMUSCULAR ADAPTATIONS

-           By repeating supervised sprints under specific condition (different speeds, different inclines, different runs, different holds) on our performance treads results in the acquisition of specific neuromuscular patterns of recruitment (motor engram) while engaged in sprint activities.

  • AUTOMATIC KNEE DRIVE

  • INCREASED RECRUITMENT OF FAST-TWITCH FIBERS

  • MINIMIZED BRAKE FORCES

  • CONTROLLED FOOT PLACEMENT (ankle dorsi-flexion)

  • KEEPS PELVIS IN NEUTRAL POSITION

  • ALLOWS FOR VERBAL CUES TO PROMOTE KNEE DRIVE

  • KEEPS ATHLETE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHILE FORCING THE LEGS TO CYCLE AT HIGHER THAN NORMAL RATE
